Refund Policy
We offer full refunds for products that are received damaged or damaged on arrival (DOA). We do not accept returns for buyers remorse or worn/used items. We only accept returns for refunds on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the item to register your intention to seek a refund. All products are quality checked prior to dispatch, we encourage the option of freight insurance for your piece of mind.

Please allow 2 days for us to process & ship your items. We use Australia Post & Sendle to ship all items. Pick Up is available from Cranbourne North VIC 3977. Please select pick up option at the checkout and an email will be sent to you with the pick up location once your order has been fulfilled.
